How It Works

Each purchase you make will be added to your cumulative spending total, and the appropriate VIP tier will be automatically applied to your account. Consequently, your discount will be automatically applied to each subsequent purchase.

When you reach a new spending tier, the 12-month timeframe for maintaining the required spend will reset. For example, if you reach £1,000 on October 1, 2024, you will move to the Silver tier, and your timeframe to maintain the required spend will reset to October 1, 2025. If you then reach £5,000 on December 1, 2024, you will move to the Gold tier, and your timeframe will reset to December 1, 2025.
